app_disabled

HTTP status
409 Conflict
Returned by
Apps and the app platform

What it means

An admin turned the app off in this workspace without uninstalling it. Its tokens stay valid but every API call and trigger answers this until it is turned back on; its UI is hidden and its event subscription is paused.

Typical causes

  • An owner or admin pressed Turn off in Settings → Integrations. You got the app.disabled lifecycle webhook when it happened.

How to fix it

  • Stop calling the API for this installation and wait for the app.enabled lifecycle webhook. Don't refresh tokens in a loop: they are fine.
  • Nothing is lost: settings, data and the automations that use the app come back when it is turned on.

Message

English text, as sent with Accept-Language: en. With ru or uz the API sends the translation.

  • This app is turned off in the workspace. An admin can turn it back on in Settings, Integrations.
RU: Это приложение выключено в рабочем пространстве. Администратор может снова включить его в разделе Настройки → Интеграции.
UZ: Bu ilova ish maydonida oʻchirilgan. Admin uni Sozlamalar → Integratsiyalar boʻlimida qayta yoqishi mumkin.
